1930 bentleyA special weekend needs some good special dishes on the menu and that’s what we have for you this weekend. We had a special visitor this week – a Bentley from 1930. We love all things vintage at the Vintage!

Surf and Turf: Stir-fried fillet of beef steak with juicy prawns in our very own hot fruity curry sauce served with rice

Fresh brill fillet pan-fried with a creamy white wine and mushroom sauce

Baked fillet of Atlantic salmon wrapped in Jack McCarthy’s pancetta and topped with a chive sauce

Pan-fried local lamb loin chops with a herb stuffing and red wine sauce

Catch of the day – fresh fillets of sea bass panfried with lemon pepper butter sauce.
