We have some great food and some very delicious wine to compliment it here at the Vintage this weekend. We have fresh fish delivered every day and this weekend we have some rather special sea bass for you to sample. There is also duck, lamb and beef in the specials. Of course we always serve delicious tender steak cooked to your liking.

Honey roast half duck with a herb stuffing and a zingy orange sauce

Fresh fillets of sea bass pan-fried and served with lemon, pepper and butter sauce

Stir-fried fillet of beef stir-fried with and oriental black bean sauce

Pan-fried lamb chops with a herb stuffing and fresh mint sauce
