Head Chef Brian, has been with The Vintage for twenty years. After beginning his career in Thurles, he moved to Kanturk and fell in love with the area.
Brian and the team at the Vintage are big fans of desserts, taking huge pride in their home-made puddings. The Tiramisu melts in the mouth and is made to an authentic Italian recipe, the Pies have wonderfully crumbly pastry and are made with local fruit, where possible, and those chocoholics amongst you will love our wonderful Chocolate Fudge Cake. We make all our desserts here at the Vintage and take huge pride in them.
